About the Programme
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, October 2, 2024, the Ishan Institute of Law organized a cleanliness drive to honor the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi and promote his enduring vision of cleanliness, community service, and social responsibility. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the significance of cleanliness and hygiene while instilling a strong sense of responsibility among students and staff towards maintaining a clean environment.
Through this drive, students were encouraged to take active roles in reducing waste, embracing recycling habits, and adopting sustainable practices in their daily lives. The event also promoted respect for diverse cultural practices and community norms related to environmental care, reinforcing the importance of collective responsibility in building a cleaner and more conscious society.
