About the Programme
Ishan Institute of law organized a National Lok Adalat visit on 14th September, 2024 at Surajpur Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar for law students. This visit by the students to Lok Adalat is aimed to provide practical insights into the methods of alternate dispute resolution mechanisms. During the visit the students will have a unique opportunity to observe and witness how legal dispute of different magnitude can be resolved amicably through mediation and conciliation. Students through this visit will also bridge a critical gap between theoretical knowledge from books and its practical application in ground. The visit will help students to get better informed and practically experienced on legal issue that will be beneficial not only for them but also for society especially legal community in general.
