Pre-Placement Talks
Law firms and companies first interact with students and explain about their organization, practice areas, work culture and growth opportunities. These sessions help students understand what to expect.
Applications & Shortlisting
Students apply for legal roles through the Placement Cell by submitting their resumes. Firms then review the applications and shortlist students based on their requirements.
Placement Interviews
Shortlisted students attend interviews, either on campus or online, often involving case-law discussions and drafting tests. The Placement Team manages everything and supports students during the process.
Offers & Acceptance
Selected students receive job offers with details like role, salary and location. The Placement Cell guides students in accepting the offer as per the rules.
