Dr. Mihir Kumar currently holds the position of an Assistant Professor at the Ishan Institute of Law, Greater Noida. With an extensive teaching background exceeding one year, he boasts an impressive track record of over 20 research paper publications in various national and international journals, UGC CARE and UGC listed/peer-reviewed outlets. Furthermore, he has showcased his research acumen by presenting papers at more than 24 seminars and conferences organized by diverse academic institutions, often sponsored by UGC and ICSSR. Adding to his credentials, he has actively contributed as a member of multiple academic bodies and editorial boards in the university.
