ISHAN Scholarships

Right to Education is one of the fundamental rights of every Indian citizen. Ishan Educational Institutions believes that money should not be a road block for a student with innovative ideas in his mind and passion in his heart. We extend scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious students based on their academic and co-curricular achievements.

A number of scholarships are offered to students depending on the academic credentials and their achievements in sporting and cultural arena. The college grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees payable by the student.

Merit Scholarships

Students are eligible for upto 100% merit Scholarship based on their performance in academics, sports, performing arts and co-curricular activities.

Sibling Scholarship

Fee waiver of 5% in 1st year for student whose sibling is pursuing education at the college. Proof of relation is required.

Sports Category Scholarships

The students who have excelled in sporting activities at National & State Level will be eligible for Sports Scholarship from 10% to 80% on tuition fee in 1st year.

Naval / Army / Air force /Coastal Guard/ CRPF

5% Scholarship for Children of Military/Para Military/Govt. Security Forces, Serving & Retd. Defence Personnel on tuition fee of 1st year in all courses except Medical & Pharmacy.

FOR BA LLB students

Tuition fee waivers offered by Ishan Institute of Law are as follows:

Toppers (1st/2nd /3rd Rank Holder) of all the Board/ University – 100% tuition fee waiver
Toppers (1st Rank Holder) of all the Schools – 50% tuition fee waiver
Students securing up to 90% in Class 12th CBSE/ State Board Examination – 50% tuition fee waiver
Students securing up to 85% in Class 12th CBSE/ State Board Examination – 25% tuition fee waiver
Students having secured gold medal or silver medal at the national level/state level in sports or have some exemplary achievements to their credit in the area of performing arts – up to 25% tuition fee waiver

Can I Take Admission In B.A.LL.B Or LLB. After Completing My 12th From Open Schooling Like NIOS Or UPSOSB?

Yes, you can take admission in B.A.LL.B as well as in LLB after successful completion of 12th from an open school which is recognized by the Ministry of education or any other appropriate government body.

The minimum percentage required for admission is 45% for General, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC and ST Candidates.

May I Apply For Government Scholarships?

Yes you may apply for scholarships subject to the fulfilment of specific requirements of the State Government.

I Belong To Bihar; Can I Apply For Government Scholarships?

Yes you may apply for scholarships in Bihar or your domicile state (subject to the fulfilment of the specific requirements of your state) after getting it forwarded by Ishan Institute of Law.

Can I Get Myself Directly Admitted To Ishan?

Yes, you can definitely get yourself directly admitted to Ishan Institute of Law by fulfilment of the required eligibility criteria.
