About the Programme
On 10th November 2022, Ishan Institute of Law organized Police Station Visit with the aim to provide law students with practical insights into law enforcement practices and the application of legal principles in real-life scenarios. More than 35 students attended the visit to witness the functioning of law enforcement agencies, to understand the criminal justice system, to gain firsthand insights about administrative and operational aspects of a police station, including record-keeping, evidence management, and the importance of meticulous documentation etc. Further the attendees were also given the opportunity to look into the daily operations of a police station and supplementing their theoretical knowledge.
