Ishan Law Journal is a peer reviewed open access online journal which publishes original articles, book reviews, research papers, case comments that are not under consideration for the publication elsewhere. It provides a platform for authentic and original work of the law students, professor and researchers. To generate a quick and easy paper publication process so that authors are motivated to focus only on research leaving the hassle of the publication behind. It aims at rapid publication of high-quality research results while maintaining rigorous review process.

Manuscript Submission: The Ishan Law Journal follows ‘The Bluebook: A uniform system of the citation (20th Edn.) Format of the citation. Body of the manuscript should be in Arial, Size 12 with 1.5 spacing. The footnotes should be in Arial, size 10 with single spacing.
